QPLA reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage due to unforeseen circumstances.
Strict policies apply:
Cancellations notified more than 30 prior to arrival will incur an administration charge of 15% of total tariff.
Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit the full deposit.
For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival a fee of 100% of the total accommodation cost will apply (unless we are able to rebook). Any failure to arrive on the due date or cancelled days after arrival will be charged at 100%.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended in particular for both medical and cancellation coverage.
Late check out policy:
Late check out fees of $40 per half hour will be charged when not vacated by check out time.
